Why do I need to sign up?

Creating an account has its advantages and makes the overall Joom experience much more comfy. It allows you to:

• Access your orders via the website or any device with the app installed.
• Keep track of your orders even if you switch devices.
• Participate in our promotions and sales.
• Get help from customer support easier, without needing to verify your order details every time.

Can I buy without logging in?

Purchasing through the website does not require you to create an account and use it to log in, but we highly recommend it for the reasons mentioned above.

How to sign up?

1. Click on the Log In button at the top of any page.
2. Select one of the options from the pop-up screen.
3. Enter your email address or Google / Facebook / Apple ID login and password. Note that Joom won't get direct access to your email / Google / Facebook / Apple login information.
4. Allow Joom to access the email address associated with your Facebook account if prompted.
