Agnes + Cat Botanical Soy Wax Candle – Moorland

Cool air, open ground, a clear sky overhead. This soy wax scented candle brings the feeling of the Lake District moors into the room, with a fresh, clean fragrance that feels spacious rather than heavy.

The feel of open moorland

The scent is clean and airy, made for moments when a room wants to feel lighter.

Its moorland character suits quiet mornings, slow evenings, and uncluttered spaces.

The wood wick brings a soft, hearth-like presence as the candle burns.

Soy wax gives the flame a calm, even look when cared for properly.

The glass jar keeps the candle simple and easy to place on a shelf, table or bedside surface.

Soy wax and a wood wick

The candle is made with soy wax and a wood wick, set in a glass jar. The supporting materials include paper, cornstarch and wood, keeping the presentation simple and considered.

How to burn it well

Place the scented candle on a heat-proof holder or plate before lighting. Trim the wick to about 5 mm each time, and let the wax melt evenly across the surface where possible.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from anything flammable, draughts, children and pets. Allow the glass to cool before moving it.

A scent inspired by the Lake District

Moorland is inspired by the wide, open moors of the Lake District, where the landscape feels spare, windswept and full of sky. Rather than leaning sweet or dense, the fragrance is fresh and clean, shaped around the sense of standing in cool air with room to breathe. It is a quiet scent for people who like candles that change the atmosphere without taking over the whole space.
