The sneakers I bought have arrived defective. They are complete, black and silver in color. The black is as if they had been stored in a warehouse for a long time; it is not a homogeneous black color. The silver color has very fine scratches. Both sneakers are very visibly affected. I paid 370 euros, and for this price, I should receive a product in optimal, high-quality A1 condition, and unfortunately, that has not been the case. This affects me as a customer and final consumer, and it tarnishes your image and reputation as a business selling sports products and as a company.. I had been thinking about a next purchase with you, the Nike Ispa Road Warrior Jade sneakers, but seeing the result of this purchase, I have unfortunately declined the idea of a next purchase with you.. I cannot yet give a review for the product because I have not yet received it.. The cooperation with JOOM is not satisfactory so far. The product was ordered on June 12th and was supposed to be delivered on June 30th.. The statements from JOOM and DHL regarding the delivery differ. JOOM says DHL has the package. DHL says they have not received any package from JOOM, only the cancellation of an electronic ticket.. JOOM now says the package should be delivered by July 8th, but at the latest by September 5th. Otherwise, I could request a refund after 05.09.. The JOOM Customer Service, whom I contacted today, wants to give me an answer to my question in seven days. I am very excited and hope there will not be even worse news.
It looks like the Nike tech pant is a fake one. !!! The packaging is a plastic bag and the quality of the material is not the Nike tech material I have already this pant in black from Nike New York flag shop store on Broadway and it's not the same quality at all !!!! I was sent counterfeit sneakers for the price of the originals (€360). The torn parts were supposed to be stitched together with thread, but they were probably glued on with the cheapest glue (which shouldn't happen with original sneakers). I was afraid to even try these sneakers on because I thought they would fall apart completely...
Beautiful velvet / velour type fabric in the most magnificent pale, dusty sage green colour. Excellent fit, could have been a smidge longer in the leg for me but I'll cope. Super comfy and lovely to touch. PS. Very hard to photograph. one with flash, one without, and still the colour is lighter and softer than what's showing...
