Magnificent. The sneakers are really pretty in real life. Arrived before the expected date, well packaged in a first simple cardboard box and inside the box, there was the Jordan box with the sneakers inside. The sneakers are the right size for me. I recommend. I will recommend because Joom is really serious and very professional. The sneakers are original. Thank you very much. No I haven't worn them yet, it will be for the start of the school year, but they fit me super well and they will cause a sensation like every new pair I wear, it creates a lot of jealousy.
The delivery took forever, the size was wrong, can't return it because on the website there is no option for it, it sends you to download the app but in the app there is no option for return either, the e-mail is "no reply", the help centre bot chat stopped working after i asked about the return. So all in all they are deliberately giving ambiguous and fake information and making it hard to return a product and get a refund. I don't recommend to buy from this shop to anybody!
One star too many Shoe has a manufacturing defect unfortunately not visible in the photo as it is inside the shoe. Thus too high costs for the return shipping. Compensation in points possible but since I won't order anything on this site anymore because no agreement is reached, it doesn't help me. Would be the case with every order if it has to be returned. Therefore not satisfied with the customer service.
Hello, I would like to make an exchange because the size of the model I ordered is too small and I have heard nothing from customer service to proceed with the return of my purchase to buy a pair in the correct size. Your customer service is deplorable, you can't even speak to a real person, only your AI assistant is available!!!!
That was my first experience with Joom. I knew at the beginning that delivery would take a while. It still met my expectations, after about 10 days the order arrived.. The item fits exactly the specified size. I cannot report on feedback...it would be recommended to pay with buyer protection.
