Therefore, I would like to return it and request a refund.. The product has not been opened or used. It remains in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and is completely new.. The products are alright but the delivery time was delayed from the estimated delivery date by 5 days and it was disappointing to say the least. Anyway, what matters now that it has safely reached us.
