Halloween Pumpkin Hanging Decoration for Holiday Party Decor

Object Immediate request for return ticket | Order no. S7650085804222100 Hello Miss, Sir, I am writing to you regarding order number S7650085804222100. I have received the three items ordered. However, one of them does not conform to the description: the item presented as a coat is actually a simple fleece cut into the shape of a coat. This is a misleading description, and the product neither meets my expectations nor what was advertised on your site.. I therefore ask you to immediately send me a return ticket, in order to proceed with the refund. I also specify that I am unable to make a return via your website: an error message indicates that my email address or password is incorrect, even though the information entered is correct. This malfunction cannot be attributed to me in any way.. If I don't have your response within 48 hours, I will open a dispute on PayPal. . cordially.

The product is fine, very pretty, the size is good, the only fault I find is that the ribbon to tie at the waist is too high, that is, it is tied just below the breasts, instead of below , at waist level. The only problem I find is the courier service. That I always have problems with them, when they don't take me long to deliver the item, they send it to another address, and when they don't, they tell me that the address was not correct, when I checked, on their shipping tracking page, and the address is correct. The products that Joom sells are fine, but they have a very bad courier service, and there are some other items that you ask for in one size, and they send it to you 2 sizes smaller than the one indicated, and on the contrary with the label of the ripped carving.

I ordered XXL ”Sweater” not a low quality silk body shirt. In the picture the woman who looks nothing like an real person wears baggy sweater with two tripes. As my idea was to be billie from chihiro mv for this halloween and from the pictures it looked awesome, all baggy, cozy, good quality i receive some low quality fake body >>SHIRT<< that looks nothing like the product picture AT ALL. As i mentioned i ordered size XXL and the size is probably same as S or M. I do not recommend this product to anyone who expects sweater or anything that includes cotton or wool. Don’t get your expectations high. Not recommended.

Very disappointing. The coffee kokor is more like the brown, brown one. Size - in the photo it looks like an extended coat, in nature - simple like a shirt [with a hood], short. The sleeve is 4 cm shorter, so it barely covers the wrists... The lining in other jackets of this model is made of such material. Soft, stretchy, fluff on both sides, warm as a top, but it doesn't look interesting in it. It will probably stay as a sweatshirt at home... Poor

The game arrived crumpled. It was difficult to open the box because of this. The inner plastic insert is crumpled and broken. The cards are thin. The elements are in good condition, but the inner fields do not fit into the frame when it is assembled. It is too tight and the resource fields do not fit in it. This is a big minus. The instructions and all the texts are in English, which is a big plus. However, it is probably worth buying a more expensive but original game.

The items aren't matching the description and pictures in the package. On the package is a plaster visible which as a square part inside which has to go on the infected nail ! The plasters inside the package are very very small and has small round parts which has to go on the nails. I'am very disappointed.

Completely wrinkled, can't see where to inflate the thing. The picture does not show the back, the two sides look the same. Quality corresponds to a rubbish bag. Never in life does it ever look like it does in the item photo

Ordered red and got blue.....what is even more annoying is that the eyeballs are not round but square.....!!!!??? They do not correspond to the pictures shown here.
