Hello, I am contacting you regarding a sizing issue with my recent order. I ordered a size Small, and while the tag on the item I received says "Small," the garment itself is drastically oversized and fits more like an XXXL. As you can see from the attached photos, it appears the item was mislabeled during manufacturing. I really love the style and would love to keep it, but I cannot wear this current size.. Could you please send a replacement in a true size Small or a refund? I'm also more than happy to send this back in the original packaging with labels together. Please advise. Thank you, Maryam

Superb 👍 As I promised above, (I bought in dark blue), now in black 🖤 It is very nice 👍 and a great advantage, it arrived in 12 days only !!! Honestly, no order has had such a time-record delivery! Many thanks to the seller ❤️ I recommend with confidence ❤️❤️🤗🤗 (I made a very nice video, I don't understand why it's not accepted to post here 🥺🥺🥺)

The image of the product differs from the one received! Poor quality material! Change the image of the product, mislead the world! We throw away money on what we don't want! Too bad, this is causing me to stop ordering clothing! We would also like to know who the producer is! The product does not have the manufacturer's label!

Thank you for the shipment but the jacket does not suit me, the sleeve is very wide and I would ask for a smaller size. The next thing that surprised me was the bicycle basket was deformed during shipment and I straightened it and it is ok but I do not know how to claim this jacket !!?? Please contact me.

It's disappointing, it's a frayed bathrobe, I'm curious if anyone received it exactly as in the picture with buttons, it's a corded robe, no way that model doesn't have the hooded cat, buttons are not the same thing, I regret this purchase. Does anyone have the product as in the picture?

As a precaution, already ordered 3xl: much too small, corresponds more to size L, therefore only 1 star You should not buy outerwear here, the dimensions are not transferrable to Germany

It is of impeccable quality. Warm and cozy. I would recommend buying a size larger to get a good fit. I wear L but I have XL and it fits me perfectly.
