Order G5972YXG placed October 8 delivered October 15 by GLS. We have received the scooter and it came with a factory error in the motor and has burned the charger. I attach images and the scooter is already packaged in its original packaging. I would appreciate it if you sent the carrier to pick up the Joyor S10 S-Z 1000W *2 scooter, and proceeded to refund the order for the amount of 644.90 euros.. Thank you for your attention and I hope for a response as soon as possible. Greetings

The device arrived well packaged and makes a robust impression. Unfortunately, I couldn't test it further as it wouldn't start after assembly. After we installed a new battery, since our neighbor has the same device, we were able to drive it and noticed strongly that the front tire wobbles extremely even though the screws are tight. Chat with support is also dragging on now. No purchase recommendation.

It's worth all the money spent. Excellent brand of scooters, I would dare say the best in my opinion. Top top top. Thank you. The next purchase will be a nice g4. I would have only one criticism. The g4max in my opinion. It should be a scooter for heavy people. Not for racing. So you should try to make the construction of the parts for the scooters a little cheaper, if one weighs 120 kg and wants to have a decent vehicle, €2,000 is too much.

Hello 🙂 Joom is a real pain with the seller, a first order cancelled at the last minute by the seller, I had to place another order with another seller, all of that took 1 month to get the scooter, scooter top, price-quality top even if the 2nd one was a bit more expensive than the first, we're going to avoid ordering on Joom because it's not very reliable at the seller level 🙂

SCOOTER N1 BEAUTIFUL WELL STRUCTURED ONLY THE MANUAL DOES NOT INDICATE HOW TO UNLOCK AND LOCK THE SPEED IF POSSIBLE TO HAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT THANKS SEND ME THE FUNCTION IN MY EMAIL fuliociro59@gmail.com thank you excellent also the seller in the box is also missing the pump for the wheels and the display looks different from other kukirin g2 pro, the p7 function is missing

Have already tried the scooter; runs perfectly. 26.09.2026: Was out and about last week; got home; it rained lightly. The next day I wanted to ride again > Scooter does nothing > Battery fully charged; error message "E6" on the display. ????? What can I do about the repair ?????

For the timeframe and delivery, I would say perfect. However, there are no instructions to assemble the scooter correctly, not even a user code. On that side, truly disappointed 😞 and the components for securing the handlebars are unknown. How do you do it when assembling without a guide?
