Dear Sirs, I am here to inform you that yesterday I had the day off, I went to open the item and found that the mirror glass was cracked in three parts, I inform you that the way it was packaged was not well protected for a mirror! I ask you please to solve me urgently, I am a taxi driver, I really miss you. You can refund I buy another, or send another one I await your communication. Thank you Observation follow photos

Very disappointing, camera on the front of the lens holder was sanded (damaged) and doesn't even work, just a black screen. Completely rubbish. My old camera works much better. Dear Joom, I want my money back because this camera was damaged and doesn't work, full for the trash can!!! Thanks Joom in advance

Sent on 21.12.2020, arrives in Bucharest on 11.01.2021 and also received in Bucharest on 16.02.2021. It arrived faster from China to Bucharest, than the famous Romanian Post from Bucharest to Bucharest 35 days, I think that they want to break a record for the most delayed delivery of all time.

The camera holder/number plate light replacement is ok-ish, it fits well but it's a little bit tricky to properly fixate the bulb holder. The cable is 5.70 meters long, not long enough for an Opel Zafira B (needs 7 meters), had to be patched. The built-in distance scale lines are pretty accurate, as seen in the photos.

Great product, it looks very good and the angle is quite sufficient. the only problem I encountered is related to the fact that mounted on a 2007 Opel Corsa model d 3-door tends to frame too low and not being adjustable does not give you the possibility of being able to raise it.
