1. About chromatic aberration

Product photos are taken by professional photographers and adjusted later to be as consistent as possible with the actual product. However, due to lighting, display deviation and personal understanding of color, there may be a certain color difference between the real object and the real object. Not a product quality issue. Please refer to the actual product.

2. About the crease

Some countries have restrictions on the size of packages. Some rug sizes may need to be shipped folded and will crease when opened. After unboxing, wait for the rug to recover. Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved by ironing.

Vacuum Packaging & Temporary Creases

To ensure safe transit and optimize shipping costs, our rugs are folded and vacuum-compressed. Due to the long international transit time (10+ days), it is normal for the rug to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes.

Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the rug's functionality, durability, or safety.

The creases will naturally flatten and fade over time with regular use and foot traffic. For a quicker recovery, you may reverse-roll the rug or place heavy objects (like furniture or books) on the creased areas for a few days.Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved by ironing.

Hope you can understand.

3.About size

Carpet it is from small to large, please refer to the size selection before buying, rather than just referring to the picture. Please do not use "small size" as a reason to give business reviews when purchasing small sizes, thank you for understanding!

4.The pattern will stretch or shorten depending on the size of the rug.

5.Due to different processes, the root of the material can not be dyed
