de hijab was te klein waardoor het niet over mijn schouders viel en de kleur was niet zwart maar zilvergrijs, toen ik wilde retourneren was dit praktisch onmogelijk omdat de chat niet over voldoende Nederlands beschikt....eigenlijk voel ik me gewoon opgelicht door deze winkel met hun mooie praatjes en voorstellen, terwijl ze eiegnlijk alleen maar troep leveren...

The WIG order what I bought online is not even Lace Front as in the picture ( £17.10 Christmas Synthetic Lace Front wig ) they sent me another Tracking Order wig, It's already FUNNY what JOOM company does with my orders. Both products arrived broken and no way to click for a refund, followed the instructions to get in touch and loops me back to where I started. would appreciate if the company could get in touch with me asap to arrange refund. Also the item was not boxed for transit so was inevitable it would be damaged. Shame because it would have been a lovely ornament.

danger!!! It is NOT a lace front wig!!! It's a cheap 0815 China wig that you can get for 9 euros. It's not even smooth, it's wavy.... Nice colors but not what I wanted.
The coin purse (the smaller one) did not arrive. The other bag ordered was supposed to be grey but came black. It is not correct for it to be like this. It will be difficult to place orders again.
