I have not yet received the ordered goods. According to the tracking information, the shipment was allegedly delivered. In reality, however, nothing has arrived at my place.. I have contacted the seller multiple times in the meantime and expressly asked them to initiate a trace request with Deutsche Post so that it can be clarified where the shipment has gone. However, these repeated requests are simply not answered.. Instead of trying to clarify the situation, I continue to be confronted with the demand to pay for the goods, even though I never received them.. Meanwhile, I'm even starting to wonder if the ordered goods were shipped at all or if perhaps only an empty package was sent. Because if the seller actually arranged for a proper delivery, it should be in their own interest to support my request for an investigation by Deutsche Post.. It is absolutely unacceptable that a customer is left without goods, has to ask for clarification multiple times, and receives no support whatsoever from the seller, while at the same time payment continues to be demanded.. I am not expecting excuses, but proof of the actual shipping contents and a proper investigation. Customer service definitely looks different.

This is my first time gluing eyelashes and my first time using glue. My eyelashes came off on one eye overnight, and the other eye came off the same way the next morning. I don't know if it's the product or my inexperience. Two months have passed, and what can I say? It's just ass. The glue doesn't stick, it doesn't dry, it crumbles, I threw it away. Try to find something better! :) I don't like it

I found it very comfortable and safe, with no air leaks. The ear tips are made of a very adaptable material for my nose, and they come in 3 different sizes (S, M, L). The short hose is very flexible and rotates in all directions. At all times, I was informed about the package tracking by the delivery company until its delivery at the pickup point I chose.
