Niet gepast heel erg slecht sorry

My order just arrived at 11:30am in Bremen (Germany) 🥰. Overall, the order was slightly delayed (no reason given). The jacket fits really well and I would not have thought that this was my first order of clothes (otherwise it is always recommended to get a size larger) The price was completely OK, of course Temu had it cheaper at around €6 BUT I'll stay loyal to Joom 😊☺️ and will get winter shoes 👟 soon IF they're still available. Thanks to the seller for the info on where my order is. Definitely worth 5 stars 🫶 The quality is good and in my opinion not really suitable for winter as it is too thin. It is more suitable for autumn and spring when it is rainy and cold. For REAL winter the jacket needs to be thicker (in terms of lining and quality) otherwise it is well made for any occasion.

Hello. We apologize for the inconvenience. I purchased these shoes. Order date: May 28th. Warranty Valid until September 19th. Item number: GJX9J4XL. I received them on June 23rd. Interestingly, I'm wheelchair-bound and wear them once a month to doctor's appointments. Today, at the appointment, I was asked to lie down. My wife almost fainted when she saw the sole. Half the sole was cracked. I've attached a photo. . I sent an email to 109631908@qq.com and to hanninglei2011@163.com - no response. Please let me know what . Photos won't upload here. I'll send them wherever you tell me.

It is so small that the jacket is tight like a sausage skin and the trousers can only be buttoned up by not breathing and pulling in the stomach first = 2 sizes too SMALL: This should also be available in at least 6 XL !!! A refund is requested in the chaos of this website where it is simply very difficult to find the return - retraining the IT girls and boys - this is impossible for older students!

They're not bad, but perhaps more suitable for summer, the fabric is thin and light, it seems fragile but is still very good quality for that price. The size is a little small, the delivery was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, I must request a return as I am looking for something more resistant for working in winter.

I highly recommend this product except for a small downside for the pants which don't fit me too small, I had to give them to my brother but in any case I think it's pretty anyway I just changed the jeans and put the 2 tops with it but otherwise I like it again thank you Joom 🥰

Very small size inconsistent with the XL symbol. I sent a request for a return the next day. I waited for information from the supplier. I did not receive any feedback. Now it shows me that the return period has expired.

Badly tailored, I bought these because I wanted enough room in the thighs to be able to sit cross legged comfortably but they are way too tight to sit that way. How do I return for a refund?
