The inside of the umbrella has beautiful thread stitching around the ribs, and decorative thread (yellow) gives it a soothing Japanese feel. Fabric: Paper and bamboo *Oiled. Umbrella cloth: Made of washi paper. Can be used in light rain. Country of origin: Japan Note: *Waterproof (oil is applied). You can use it on rainy days, but we recommend drying it in the shade after use to ensure long-term use. Please be careful of insects eating the bamboo and paper used in the materials. If you will not be using the product for a long period of time, we recommend using an insect repellent. Please note that the product is handmade, so there may be some lacquer stains and uneven dyeing. Please be aware of this before purchasing. It is characterized by a snake-eye pattern that appears when the umbrella is opened, and is sometimes used in dances because it is lighter than a bangasa. It is mainly used as a rain umbrella by women because it is relatively light in weight. It is somewhat large, with a total length of 75 cm and a diameter of 105 cm. The umbrella is large in size, so it is less likely to get wet when you use it in the rain, making it ideal for going out in your favorite clothes or Japanese clothes. The inner frame is decorated with yellow decorative thread. The handle is two-tiered, so when it is windy, you can lower it. However, please be aware that if you use it in a very strong wind, it may break just like a normal umbrella.
