Bai Mu Dan White Tea, also known as "Bai Cha," is cultivated in the mountainous regions of Fujian Province, China, and is made using the young buds and leaves remaining after harvesting the legendary Silver White Tea. White tea undergoes very minimal processing; without steaming, rolling, or oxidation, the shape and cellular structure of the leaves are fundamentally altered. Due to this purity, white tea is said to have a higher concentration of antioxidants than any other tea derived from green tea (Camellia sinensis). White tea possesses all the benefits of green tea and is the most delicate, complex, and slightly sweet. Directions: Pour water over the tea bag just before it comes to a full boil and steep for 3–4 minutes. Ingredients: Soft young white tea leaves (Bai Mu Dan). Warnings: Ships from Korea.
