With one hand, gently lift the top of your ear to open the ear canal. With your other hand, insert the round end of the ear plug into your ear. Hold the ear plug with your index finger until it inflates to a comfortable, snug size. It's a good idea to practice putting it in. If you use the product multiple times or if dust or wax accumulates on the earplugs, throw them away immediately. Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This product is non-toxic, but may block the bronchi, causing breathing difficulties. In noisy environments exposed to frequencies below 500 Hz, a C-weighted environmental noise level should be used. Wearing the device incorrectly will reduce the noise reduction effect. Wear it appropriately, referring to the instructions above. Although the use of earplugs is recommended to prevent damage from excessive noise, the noise reduction ratio (NRR) is based on continuous noise reduction and cannot completely block discontinuous noise, such as gunshots. The noise reduction rating (NRR) calculated from the attenuation data is 33 decibels. For effective noise reduction, ear plugs must be worn properly. Please refer to the user manual.
