High Precision Wet Diaphragm Thickness Gauge Width Measuring Instruments Construction Tools

Label:Yes Size:65*37*1mm(2.56*1.46*0.04in) Packing: 1PCS Wet Film Comb Material: stainless steel Measuring range: 25-3000um Color: silver

Features: -Stainless steel has high hardness, good wear resistance and is not easy to rust, not easy to wear and has a long service life. - The scale is deeper and the reading is easier. - Immediately after the various coatings are applied, the wet film thickness gauge is placed vertically and vertically. The thickness of the coating can be measured immediately on the surface of the flat workpiece coating. - Uses - Tools for coating thickness of coatings on new coated surfaces, such as wet paint film thickness, chemical, adhesive, architectural coatings, measuring paints, varnishes, etc.

Instructions: - After the application, the wet film thickness gauge was placed vertically on the smooth surface of the wet film coating, the wet film thickness gauge was removed from the wet film, and the wet film thickness was measured. - The wet film thickness should be between the shortest tooth and the adjacent one, not the wet film. - Two measurements were taken at different locations using the same method to obtain a range of representative results. - After use, clean the wet film thickness gauge.
