1 Star – Item not received, seller ignores every request for clarification! I have not yet received the ordered goods. According to the tracking information, the shipment was allegedly delivered. In reality, however, nothing has arrived at my place.. I have contacted the seller multiple times in the meantime and expressly asked them to initiate a trace request with Deutsche Post so that it can be clarified where the shipment has gone. However, these repeated requests are simply not answered.. Instead of trying to clarify the situation, I continue to be confronted with the demand to pay for the goods, even though I never received them.. Meanwhile, I'm even starting to wonder if the ordered goods were shipped at all or if perhaps only an empty package was sent. Because if the seller actually arranged for a proper delivery, it should be in their own interest to support my request for an investigation by Deutsche Post.. It is absolutely unacceptable that a customer is left without goods, has to ask for clarification multiple times, and receives no support whatsoever from the seller, while at the same time payment continues to be demanded.. I expect no excuses, but proof of the actual shipping contents and a proper investigation. Customer service definitely looks different.

Hello everyone on this hot Monday night. I received my parcel. I am very, very happy with it! This cream in terms of quality and appearance gets 10 points from me! I have already tried it and can now give a review based on my experience. The cream absorbs into the skin very quickly, it is not perfumed, and you do not need to use it too much. Just a bit on the tip of your finger and gently pat it into the skin of the face, avoiding the skin around the eyes. And as for this cream, another thing is that it comes in a cute little box that has a spoon on top to dispense the amount we need.

Unfortunately, he writes one, but in fact something else came. It is not a steam iron, even if they put the small water bowl in the box. I don't know why, but I have the impression that expensive things either don't reach the recipient, or the "cat in the bag" comes. When the milk is white, you say white, but you try to prove that it is black, it sounds absurd. Honestly, I really wanted the steam iron and I really hoped that it would be like that. But it was not to be. I don't know if it's just me or it's normal for them - they put the button just for the sake of it.

Since I have now redesigned our bathroom in black, a new hair dryer holder was also needed. The old one was pretty rickety too. I really like the way it's presented. The small compartments at the top are also very helpful. However, the holder is made of plastic. We'll have to see how long that lasts. Shipping took 3 weeks.

Up to 5 stars. The box is a deeper pink, but not this one. I tried on half of the girl's head, I made 2 tails (by the way, the disposable rubber bands don't last, it broke after about half an hour) of which I processed the hair for a ponytail. I'll come back later with my opinion.
