The quality of the goods is unfortunately completely insufficient. I received the item on 02.06.2026 and submitted a return request on the same day.. Today is already 20.06.2026, and I have not yet received a response or further information regarding the return process. Several weeks without a reply are unacceptable to me.. Please inform me immediately: - to which address I should return the goods; - how the return is processed; - when I will receive the refund of my purchase price in the amount of €68. If I do not receive a response within the next few days, I will take further steps to enforce my consumer rights.. I request a quick clarification and timely feedback. Kind regards

It's super realistic I leave you pictures so you can check for yourselves It is a fantastic 3D type cushion Looks great on anywhere It is very, very soft and pleasant to the touch it is like velvety I love it 🤩 Very soft and comfortable to wear does not deform It has a zipper at the bottom, for the filling Packaging 📦 with nothing to highlight I arrive in a bag in perfect condition Shipping ✈️ super fast, lately everything arrives much faster than before 👌 100% recommendable 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The pillowcase is 49 by 49 cm. It is too big for my pillows. 🤔They should be 45#45. I wanted to wash it and what did I see in them... A disaster 😳😵🙈 Bordeaux fabric sewn with white threads.. White - grey zipper sewn on. Gigantic sewing stitch up to 6mm. Wrinkles everywhere and too much leftover fabric, which must be removed. The rubbish from the velvet and silk runs out because the fabrics are not treated with overlock or zig-zag. 😭 Now everywhere in the room.

Hello dears, with my code "OLIVIA" you save 10% on your next order. delivery: The item was delivered 23 days after the order. The delivery time is ok. optics: It's a cat pillow. Everything a little distorted. The colors are ok. functionality/quality: The pillow is soft. The filling can be removed via a zipper. My daughter thinks the pillow is great, I'm a bit scary. 🤣

The front is beautiful.. 49#48 cm. They are too big for my pillows 🤔 It should be 45# 45cm. Unfortunately, underneath the fabric is grey velour, although the tapestry is tender pink.. Very poorly finished on the inside. No overlock, although this fabric absolutely needs it. 😳😵🙈🤔 At least zig-zag. Both grey fabrics have different accents. On the first day I was very much in love with this pillowcase. But now I am very sad...,disappointed 😭

I don't give 5* because of the packaging! They could send the product with a bit of rigid cardboard inside the packaging so that the product wouldn't arrive creased! It's TNT and the quality-price ratio is correct. It can be repositioned at least once but it's also possible to apply new double-sided tape if you need to reposition it more times, the springs are also a bit small if you want to close it higher up, but they have strength
