The carpet was tightly folded and compressed in a very tight plastic bag. As a result, it is completely warped, has sharp bends and is extremely wavy. It can no longer be laid straight and becomes a dangerous tripping hazard. Because of the many sharp bends it doesn't lie flat on the floor and looks cheap and shabby. We cannot use it in this condition. It appears that it was compressed and crushed by heavy packages during long-term transport. The plastic bag is the worst possible packaging for a carpet. Normally it must be shipped rolled up in a rigid box. As damaged and cheap as it is now, I don't want to keep it and ask you to either exchange it for a good condition and in proper packaging, or take it back and refund the costs.

As it was folded and full of very marked creases, hollows and bumps, I tried and succeeded: a maximum heat steam iron, a 100% cotton cloth between the iron and the carpet so as not to risk burns and that's it. is impeccable!!! No more marks, flat as it should be. No need to have the slightest doubt about the purchase. The colors and patterns are great, the prices... It's up to everyone to form their own opinion. This is a common scam. I ordered the carpet as advertised, but I received an ordinary piece of junk for which I paid over 255 zł!!!! Immediately after opening the package, I reported the problem that this was not the product I paid for. To this day, no one has reacted to the matter, even though it was supposed to be resolved within 24 hours. 4 days have passed and there has been no response. This is just ripping people off, and the photos in the offer are computer-generated fakes, the reality is a nightmare. All crumpled, folded like a blanket. I bought this type of carpet once through another company and everything was okay. The carpet for shipping was rolled up as it should look. I lost 255 zł, and this junk is fit for the trash.

How can I send a color, pattern, other carpet? I asked for colors red like the photo when ordering and I get yellow-greenish, with blue that I wanted to avoid. I would never put it even on the terrace. Such a mistake rarely happens on Jooom. For me, it is a big expense and this horrible color is suitable for the trash. What should I do?
