I am very disappointed with what has been sent to me. I had a pair of 38 blue Crocs exactly like this but one broke after much wear. To replace the broken pair I purchased this pair from Joom in good faith that I would get the same type of sandal. I ordered the same size as the pair that had broken but when the shoes from you arrived they are way smaller than the original 38's. I add a photo so you can see. What I received is more like a 37 or even a 36! The shoe in the middle is the remaining unbroken croc from my previous pair. They all say size 38. Please can I get a refund.

I already have the shoe in black and walk in it very well, which is why I ordered it again in white. Unfortunately, the substitute delivery person damaged and tore open the package with only three delivery stops left. Joom can't do anything about that. Nevertheless, the amount was refunded to me. I want to return the product, as this order № 26WLJ53M according to the size on the WEB page is the same size 38 as the one from my previous order № 8LPELQ8D, but its size is miscataloged or poorly manufactured as it is 1 cm longer, therefore, I request that you inform me how to return the product.. The Chinese 41 is not the same as our German EU size, they are too small. I already have such boots, the sole length is 29 cm and it says 43 on them, the ones you sent are only 28 cm and say 41 on them. Please exchange them and send me the German (EU) size 41.
