Tyred to find Joom support team on the right hand side not there. No easy way to get any support or assistance with issues. If you want the damaged unit back please send an post pouch self-labelling and postage paid thanks David. the is a pic just to show you joom support team is not on the screen.

I don't know why it has so many stars!!! People must stop leaving a good review only just because it arrived fast They must USE it FIRST It is a very thin mixture (like water), so it spreads everywhere I waste a lot of solder wire in order to solder aluminum It DOES NOT solder aluminum Unless i do it wrong There were no instructions I want my MONEY BACK

Delivery approx. 3 weeks, the article should normally be 5 black and 5 red, unfortunately there are 6 red and 4 black. The seller or his employees should better open their eyes and take a close look to ensure that this does not happen, otherwise everything is fine. Sellers can continue vaccinations. The product in the photo has been sent, but we have not learned how to use it, there is no information. There was also a ”taxes included" note, I think we paid 26.21 ₺ in taxes. We haven't been able to use it yet Keramettin KAMİLOĞLU

The product broke in two during installation, supposedly high-quality materials, in the end aluminum and threading also of very poor quality, I put one star because cannot put less

Since these test tips are never where you need them, it makes sense to keep a few in different places. They are small, but still easy to handle and really sharp. That's why protective caps really make sense.
