This sweater doesn't look anything like the photos. It's way too big and of horrible quality. If I want to return it and get a refund I have to send it back to CHINA, it's absurd, it will cost me more than the price of the sweater. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and then contacted JOOM. Without much discussion they made me a return slip which I had to pay 4 euros for but the rest of the money was credited to me and I was able to place a new order with the correct size. So JOOM can be trusted ← I'm convinced of that now Thank you JOOM!

I bought what in the photo appeared to be a long plaid coat with a burgundy velvet lapel, and I received a red fleece coat with black buttons. Insane. It doesn't seem like I can return it for free; it looks like I have to pay for the return. So, I buy one thing and get something completely different, and on top of that, I have to pay more.! No way will I buy here again, nor do I recommend it.

I ordered size 43 and got size 46 and they are much too big for me and the store where JOOM picked up this product does not take the shoes back :( I would like to avoid such stores!
