I was guided by the size chart, I took size 37 (23.5) for size 36 (23). I am totally disappointed and I want to cry. This size is size 40, 25 cm insole. What to do with such kayaks? Add some extra feet??? Can I apply for a refund of money spent unnecessarily, these are not shoes for PLN 30. I waited so long for these boots and what??? I was very disappointed today. Besides, I ordered them with a black sole, they came with a beige sole, it was a joke. I am sorry, but I do not recommend this seller if he is not able to look closely at the order placed. 👎

One of the items I received is defective and therefore I cannot use it. I tried to file a complaint on the Jom website, but I can't find the place to file a complaint. Even though you indicate how to do so, I can't find the page. It seems there's something wrong with your website. What I'm doing now is attaching photos of the item I received. I would like you to either send me a new one and I'll return this one, or I'll get my money back. Thank you. STILL I'VE GOT ANY ANSWER FROM YOU.
