Probably the description is mainly for the other charms on offer. Unfortunately, the item picture doesn't really fit either. ➕ • small, cute heart • ALE MET stamp is present. Which doesn't say anything precise, but can stand for a (partial) silver core and/or a real rose gold alloy • So far there has been no discoloration and the stones are all still holding ➖ • Unfortunately, the stones of the heart are not as bright as the article picture suggests. The arrangement of the stones is also slightly different and the pink stones are very dark. • Due to the shape, the heart always turns upside down on the arm Conclusion: Although the heart isn't quite as bright and pink as you'd expect, it's still pretty. The material also seems to be of really good Padora quality. I'm deducting one star from my rating because both the description and the picture are misleading and you expect something different when you buy it. The price-performance ratio is otherwise still good.

The product arrived after almost a month, which is a very long delivery time. For this reason, I do not want to go through the return process. However, the main issue is that the cover is too small. I am sure I entered the correct sofa measurements, yet it does not fit. The fabric and texture are actually nice, and it could have looked great if the size was accurate. Unfortunately, the measurements do not match the description, so I am not satisfied

The cover doesn't fit over my sofa, I had to write to support in a complicated manner and also sent them pictures as requested. I have been chasing my money back for almost 3 weeks now. I think this won't happen despite proof that it doesn't fit. I will never order here again!

The Cat doesn't look like the picture and instead it looks like a dog!!! and then when complaining customer service is unfriendly and keeps asking more questions as to show the courier package, a photo of the product in certain specific angle, ridiculous!!! never again. The product DOES NOT MATCH THE IMAGE.

When you put it on, it has lots of power until you add a head to it. Then it's like if the effort is too big and it goes much slower. But it still turns, sounds a bip to change the part of your teeth you're cleaning. I guess it's a good price for the item.

Superb color and pattern. However, the material is not what I wanted. The description notes microfiber, cotton, and polyester simultaneously, which is not very clear, and the website photos do not clearly show the material.
