[48 Colors for Everyday Colored Pencils and Watercolors] This set of 48 watercolor pencils features 48 pencils, each with a different color. They can be as regular colored pencils, or blended with water for a watercolor effect. The set includes a range of colors from light to deep, allowing you to layer similar shades to create detailed shading for flowers, skies, trees, hair, and skin. For a more intense color, apply the pencil with the side of the lead at an angle to a wider area. Since the color development and bleeding will vary depending on the type of paper, please test on a small area before proceeding to your main work. [Transform your work into a watercolor by blurring with water] Draw lines and shapes directly on dry paper, then trace over the painted areas with a water-soaked brush. This will soften the outlines and blend adjacent colors, creating a watercolor-like effect. You can experiment with watercolor techniques right on your desk without needing to spread out paints or a palette, so you can start drawing whenever inspiration strikes. Since too much water can cause the paper to warp, use watercolor paper or thick drawing paper, and start with a small amount of water on the brush and adjust as needed. [Handling the Wooden Hexagonal Shaft and Lead] The wooden hexagonal shaft is easy to hold in your fingers and is less likely to roll on a desk. You can sharpen the tip finely for outlining and drawing details, or round it slightly for filling in larger areas. A regular pencil sharpener can be , but be sure to keep the lead short as it is prone to chipping if left too long. Rather than applying strong pressure to make it dark all at once, it is gentler on both the lead and the paper to apply light pressure and layer the ink several times. [Storage in a transparent case] A transparent case is included, allowing you to see the colors inside without opening the lid. You can quickly take out the color you want to use and use the case for storage or carrying around. The set includes 48 watercolor pencils and the transparent case; brushes, pencil sharpeners, and watercolor paper are not included. When carrying, make sure to close the lid securely and avoid tipping or dropping the pencils, as this may cause the pencils to break. After using water, dry the pencil tips before returning them to the case and store them away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity. The package size is approximately 18.9 x 13.8 x 2.9 cm and weighs approximately 250 g. [Perfect for coloring, arts and crafts, and as a gift] From elementary school art classes to adult coloring books, sketches for illustrations, and even a single page in a notebook or on a picture postcard, this set can be without needing to add extra supplies. It's less messy than paint, and cleanup is quick and easy. The set comes in a clear case with 48 tubes, making it a perfect gift for Christmas, birthdays, or school entrance celebrations. While this 48-color set is ideal for casually enjoying daily sketches and coloring, for serious artwork requiring high pigment density and lightfastness, we recommend using specialized art supplies. KTEBO's 48-color watercolor pencil set is an art tool that combines the ease of use of colored pencils with the blending effect of watercolors. You can draw lines and fill in areas on dry paper, and create shading and gradients by layering similar colors little by little. If you trace over the painted areas with a water-soaked brush, the outlines will soften and the colors will blend with adjacent colors, resulting in a watercolor-like finish. You can try out watercolor techniques right on your desk in situations where you don't have time to take out paints or a palette. [How to use all 48 colors] All 48 pens have different colors. With a range from warm to cool tones, and intermediate shades of green and brown, you can choose the right color for your subject, such as flowers, the sky, trees, animals, or skin and hair. Applying a thin layer first makes it easier to adjust the intensity, and for larger areas, applying the color with the side of the pen tip at an angle makes it easier to apply. [Handling the barrel and lead] The wooden hexagonal barrel is easy to hold in your fingers and is less likely to roll on a desk. The tip can be sharpened with a standard pencil sharpener. The lead is prone to chipping if the lead is extended too far or if strong pressure is applied, so we recommend applying the color in several thin strokes with light pressure. [Set Contents and Storage] The set includes 48 watercolor pencils and a transparent case. You can see all the colors inside without opening the lid, so you can quickly find the color you want to use. After using water, make sure the pencil tip is completely dry before returning it to the case and store it away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity.
