We handle each production batch with care to meet strict gluten-free quality standards. Dear customers, years ago, I traveled to the border regions in search of the secrets of traditional Scottish oatmeal. On that journey, I arrived at the legendary Preston Mill on the banks of the River Tyne, where oats have been milled since the 16th century. I spent some time at this historic hydroelectric mill, exploring everything from the unique method of roasting oats to the ancient millstones. Returning to Bob's Red Mill, I have refined my stone milling techniques based on what I learned here, enabling me to perfectly recreate traditional Scottish oatmeal. Add a pat of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar for the perfect combination. Wishing you good health. - Bob Moore
