Friendly Reminder: Important Information for Buyers Please read the following terms carefully. They take effect from the time you place your order. If you have any objections, please confirm with customer service before ordering. I. Regarding Shipping 1. After the customer places and pays for an order, we generally arrange shipment within 2 days. Orders placed before 17:00 each day are normally shipped the same day. If, for special reasons, we are unable to ship in time, we will contact the buyer to handle it. Please understand and be considerate; thank you very much. 2. Our default couriers are Yunda, Deppon, Yousu, and Suteng. If you want to use another courier, please contact customer service on Wangwang! For orders shipped by regular freight, shipping is collected on delivery. Customers who specify a freight company should contact customer service and leave a message. If goods are returned because the buyer entered incorrect information, such as a phone number or address, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs. (For remote areas, please leave a note or inform customer service.) 3. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company and is not within our control. Transportation is affected by weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors beyond human control, which may cause the shipping time to differ from the time estimated by us and you. Therefore, the time is for reference only, is not part of the contract, and is not a reason for returning goods. 4. Shipping fee information Shipping fees generally need to be calculated and adjusted. The website is set up with a uniform express shipping fee. After placing an order, contact customer service to calculate and adjust the shipping fee according to the delivery address. For freight shipping, contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee to collect on delivery. II. Regarding Prices Our store is a factory-direct store. Except for products marked as free shipping, the prices of products in the store do not include shipping, tax, or any other fees. If a company or shop needs to confirm a sample, the sample fee is charged according to the product price, and SF Express is sent with shipping collected on delivery. Depending on the order, the sample fee may be refunded for an order placed. To request a sample, contact customer service. III. Regarding Receipt of Goods 1. Please inspect the goods before signing for them! The toys themselves are easily damaged. If a customer signs for the goods without inspecting them and then says after signing that the product is damaged, this is not grounds for a return or refund. We can guarantee that the products are in good condition when they leave our warehouse, but bumps and knocks during transit are difficult to avoid. If you find that a product is damaged during inspection, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us! If you sign without inspecting the goods, you are responsible for the costs incurred for returns or exchanges! 2. If any items are missing, leave us a message within 24 hours after signing for the goods, and we will verify the situation as soon as possible. If the package is damaged, or goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse the parcel, and contact us to handle it. 3. We will do our best to strengthen the packaging and minimize losses, but normal transit damage is difficult to avoid. If damage unfortunately occurs, we will resolve it by replenishing the parts with your next purchase; we do not send them separately. Please understand. If the customer requests that parts be replaced or sent separately, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. IV. Regarding Returns and Exchanges 1. In principle, our store does not support returns without a reason. If a return is genuinely needed for the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. We refuse parcels with shipping collected on delivery (we have purchased shipping insurance, and the insurance company covers the return shipping). For returned products, 80% of the purchase price will be refunded (the returned product may suffer considerable damage or loss during round-trip transportation). 2. If a return or exchange is needed for the buyer's personal reasons, contact us within 15 days after receiving the goods. The product must not affect our ability to sell it again, and the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. 3. The following conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges: returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete; product accessories or related materials are incomplete; or the ordered product has been modified without authorization. Please discuss the specific situation with customer service. V. By placing and paying for an order, you are deemed to agree to the above terms of Huanyu Tongqu Trading Company.
