Product Description: The Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics is a lightweight, creamy, organic sunscreen designed for effortless daily wear, acting as an invisible shield against harmful UVA and UVB rays while deeply moisturising the skin. One of the most iconic K-beauty sunscreens on the market, the Relief Sun is loved for good reason — it is the epitome of lightweight texture combined with heavyweight broad-spectrum protection, and a perennial bestseller and YesStyle Awards winner. The hydrating formula is loaded with rice extracts, fermented ingredients, and niacinamide to nourish and brighten the skin, all while defending against the sun's rays with new-generation UV filters — delivering no greasy finish and no white cast, just comforting, skin-friendly sun care that keeps the complexion looking effortlessly radiant. Rooted in Beauty of Joseon's Hanbang (traditional Korean herbal medicine) philosophy, this formula draws on rice — a beloved ingredient in centuries of Korean skincare tradition — paired with a sophisticated multi-strain fermented grain complex for a sunscreen that genuinely doubles as a skincare treatment. This non-greasy, fast-absorbing sunscreen delivers a featherlight texture that mimics a hydrating lotion, ensuring smooth application without heaviness, and blends seamlessly into the skin whether worn alone or under makeup, leaving behind a natural, healthy glow.

Key Features: Formulated with 30% rice extract and fermented grain extracts, this sunscreen delivers lasting hydration and nourishment that combats dryness, tightness, and flakiness — going well beyond what a standard sunscreen offers. Niacinamide adds a visibly brightening, pore-refining dimension that makes daily SPF use genuinely beneficial for the complexion over time. The formula's UV filter system combines Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Ethylhexyl Triazone, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, and Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone for comprehensive broad-spectrum SPF50+ PA++++ protection. The fermented grain probiotic complex is genuinely extensive: Aspergillus Ferment, Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Ferment Extract, and Monascus/Rice Ferment work together to deliver a multi-strain fermentation-derived nourishing effect uncommon in sunscreen formulations. Oryza Sativa (Rice) Germ Extract and Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract add antioxidant botanical depth, while Panax Ginseng Root Extract contributes a further traditional Korean herbal dimension. Macrocystis Pyrifera (Kelp) Extract and Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract round out the nourishing botanical profile. Adenosine supports a visibly firm, smooth skin feel. The lightweight texture, zero white cast finish, and seamless layering under makeup without pilling or patchiness make this sunscreen equally suitable as a complete daily moisturiser-SPF hybrid or as the final step before makeup application.

How to Use: Apply generously to the skin 30 minutes prior to sun exposure as the final step in your skincare routine. Allow the sunscreen to absorb fully into the skin. For optimal protection, reapply every 2 to 3 hours during the day. Squeeze an appropriate amount onto the fingertips or back of the hand and spread evenly across the face and neck using smooth, outward strokes, blending thoroughly into the hairline, jaw, and around the nose. Allow to settle for 30 seconds before applying any makeup on top. Can be used alone as a complete daily moisturiser-SPF step, or layered under foundation, BB cream, or cushion for added longevity. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.
