Midea Star River 3.0 Alkaline RO Water Purifier CN plug (adapter included)

They deliver and allow customers to order a product that can only be used in China, and when the customer points this out, they simply say that it is mentioned in the description. The only information provided in the description is “CN version”, which I believe is not clear or meaningful enough for many customers. I also don’t understand why anyone would order such a product to any European country if it can only be used in China. It is a waste of money, a disappointment, and the result of poor and incomplete product information, as well as poor handling of customer complaints.

Very frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting so long for this bag because my daughter needs it for school, and now the courier has sent the parcel to the wrong town. I contacted the courier, and they told me to contact the merchant. However, the merchant’s chat only gives me an automated response saying I have to wait 1–2 days. I really hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. If the parcel cannot be delivered promptly, I would like a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it, especially when my daughter needs it for school.

Why is a advertised adapter included that cannot be used in Germany? Due to its shape, it simply does not fit into German sockets. Furthermore, although translating from Chinese to German is certainly not easy, the fact that it is not continuously adjustable or that it automatically switches off after 20 minutes is not recognizable at first glance in the description / on the pictures, which is really bad.

Very good service, trustworthy, I thank you heartily. Unfortunately, the device was severely damaged during transport. The packaging is very minimal; the device was not shipped with careful packaging. It was sent from China to Europe in its own original packaging, which is paper-thin. The seller absolutely must pay attention to the packaging.

The cheapest wood you can find. Has absolutely nothing to do with Red Ironwood. PURE SCAM Folks... honestly..... Best not to buy here at all. BOUGHT 2 TIMES, FOOLED 2 TIMES. NEVER AGAIN. ALSO 154 Euros gone. DID NOT MANAGE TO INITIATE A RETURN

I bought two of these because the listing stated they were certified according to EU ECE standards. However, the units I received only show a Chinese CCC certification and no valid UNECE/ECE approval marking. Very disappointing and misleading for a child safety product.

In the description and photo, it was shown that it has a battery level indicator + a wall charger. In practice, it has neither one nor the other. It works pretty well, but I don't like that the seller is misleading and sends a different product than the one in the picture.

Works perfectly for Switch, price is good too. BUT usb 3.0 port doesn't work with Lexar 2tb ssd, keeps in connect, disconnect loop. 2.0 port works but is slow. Looks like type c pd here only powers laptop but not the hub itself
