**Defective product – terrible quality and no proper customer service!** I am extremely disappointed with this product. The device is leaking – water comes out from underneath the spray control button. This is a serious defect that raises questions about the product's quality and proper functioning.. What is even more disappointing is the way customers are treated. I submitted a formal complaint, provided photographs of the defect and clearly explained the problem. Unfortunately, I have received no response and no proposed solution so far.. Customers pay for a product that should be fully functional and watertight. When the product turns out to be defective, they should not be left alone to deal with the problem.. This is absolutely not what professional customer service should look like! A defective product combined with no response to a complaint is completely unacceptable. **I do not recommend this product. Stay away!**

Delivery was good, item is great, thank you. But I'm completely frozen right now, I saw an ARTE documentary about China. This article was made in China and shipped from there. I can't buy anything anymore that I know comes from China. Poor people. I'm afraid that the same thing will happen here. Really frightening! What China isn't showing the world - Total Trust | Documentary HD | ARTE Watch the documentary and form your own opinion. And hopefully no one in China has to suffer while I write this.

Türkiye'deki müşteri temsilcisi gerizekalı. Bir daha joom dan alışveriş yapmam. Sikerler böyle dolandırıcı firmayı. Medium quality. But the Joom team does not give refunds even for my orders that did not arrive. He did not even take back the shoes that came in the wrong size and type and did not refund the money. What I'm saying is that Joom is a scam and never shop there. Aliekpres is the best and most reliable. Many people like me lost their money on this platform. I definitely do not recommend it.

Hello, The parcel with all five products paid for, having AWB 1YUN24444232583001, was not delivered to me and the site says it was delivered on December 29, 2025, which is erroneous. Who picked it up? Because I was not contacted by anyone from the courier regarding the delivery. Please help me find out what happened to the parcel. Where did it get stuck. Thank you!

10 pieces for €2.77, great price, visually TP4056 looks superb, after the tests just as superb, I'm satisfied with the product, I'm going to test them with lithium batteries by charging and discharging through them to see if they won't discharge the banks too much, I hope so be it, after testing I'll add a comment. Momet is satisfied, I recommend

Product arrived timely and unharmed! It is incredibly flexible and malleable, as seen in the video The outer texture is fascinating, hopefully indeed waterproof (in case there's any condensation, moisture of any kind, etc). Once tested, will add more information -

Product as described. Very carefully packed, protected against damage. The only problem, it was difficult to remove the foil from the shelves, even with a sharp knife it was hard to pry it up. Additionally, the set includes a small screwdriver, a big plus. I recommend.
