And this is how you treat your customers — it is truly awful. I paid for a specific product, and I demand a full refund of €21.85 as soon as possible. Please confirm that you have received my complaint and inform me of the exact timeframe for the refund process. The description says there will be 4 creams, I could have easily ordered them elsewhere for 1/3 of the price, for me it's a scam. Of course, only one cream arrived.. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as help on the website, although in the support description it is written in the upper right corner. I am ordering from their website for the last time, there is more misleading information than helpful. I don't even know how to file a complaint
