ביקורות
Package undamaged. Inside, a single bead approx. 10-12 mm with rutile. This has nothing to do with the order. Someone probably made a mistake when packing.
I still don't know if they are authentic. I will go to a geologist friend on Monday and complete the review.
Very nice
👍👍👍
I bought two products with wooden beads. The advertisement suggests that you receive 108 beads for a price of €2.21. I received exactly 1 bead and have requested a refund for this. The value of the received bead is 2 euro cents. They offered me 50% compensation I am very angry. 😡😡😡 because this does not cover the costs I incurred and I did not receive the beads I wanted. This was the 1st and last time I ordered from Joom. I am very angry and disappointed😡😡😡😭😭😭😭
I received exactly 1 bead and not the 108 beads advertised. This seller is a fraudster, I will not buy from Joom anymore. I bought two products 1 for 3.31 euros the other for 2.21 euros. I only received full compensation for 1 product and only 50% compensation for the other undelivered product. They are rip-offs😡😡😡😡😡😡
