The package was not wrapped like the usual other wigs the white cardboard strip that had to contain the wig was all folded into many pieces it seemed open and not closed with the paper clip the net that contained the wig was out the wig seemed combed only being of plastic came all frizzy in both blonde locks and length Brunette wavy is ruined I could try to put some foam for the curls or some gel to see if I can get rid of the frizz In fact it was full of knots And they came off lots of hair to remove the knots now I'll try to show you Giuliana

I was skeptical about the brilliant beard kit, but after testing, I found it worth both for myself and as a gift. Brilliant workmanship brilliant quality one of the best purchases I've made recently. The oil smells beautiful as well as pomade. Wooden combs, not just any plastic. Scissors sharp and super made, everything nicely packed and a travel pouch included. Go ahead and order, any bearded man will be grateful. I highly recommend !!!!!

I have seen these on ebay for £10 - £15 and thought i would pay more for a better quality replica. Low and behold its the same as the ebay ones.I will be requesting a return. Cannot get through to support team, it goes in a loop nobody has responded to me since 2nd July 2026. Chargeback process is my only option.
