Incomparable & unrivalled merchandise!! Totally gladsome with interaction with JOOM, will always continue intercommunication. Remarkable service!! JOOM shipment tracking many times reminds ME of ancient SILK ROAD, which really contained actual destinations of DUNHUANG, ZHANGYE & CHAN’GAN. As far as I remember ancient SILK ROAD owned it’s final destination in THE FAR EAST in KARAKORUM, which evidently is also involved & takes part in JOOM shipment management, coordination & administration, that is so well organized. Interesting enough MY consignment, throughout the times finalizes & accomplishes in JŪRMALA, BALTIC SEA. Triumphant delivery to JŪRMALA / BALTIC SEA.

DO NOT BUY THIS "AIR CONDITIONER" ! !!! One was badly damaged on arrival and doesn't work. It may even be dangerous. The other had damaged packaging but it seems to work, however it heats but does not cool. It will only blow some air at ambient temperature. This is just a heater, not an air conditioner. Customer service is not available !! The Joom site does not have a "support team" link to click on, nor does it show any address for customer support. !! If you try to mail them you will receive an automated message that Joom does not accept mails on their support@joom.com email. I will never ever buy at Joom again. !!! this is by far the worst service I ever had. Joom sucks!

The device doesn't cool at all, it only heats. I bought it because it's supposed to cool as well. Not good quality. I want to return it, but that doesn't work with you either. The display. Everything is made so strangely. I await a clarification. Goodbye John Täufel.

does not correspond to the claim of cooling the device is not equipped with cooling but only with a heater Therefore, I ask you to take this device back. Please send me an address to return it.

The description said 100 plastic bag for sandwich and after receiving it was only stickers that you can see after ONLY stickers on picture and not product description so either I haven't received all product or it was a lie..

The packaging is defective. The device is broken. The casing is broken.. The device rattles, there are loose things inside. I cannot give it one star!!! I want to send the device back.

Pure rip-off! Cheap fans can do more than this device. I set the device to 16 °C and am sitting next to it. No frostbite whatsoever. It just circulates air.

Device works very poorly, far too little cooling. Works great for heating, but I don't want to heat. I want to cool. This device is a flop.. Ingo Prinz
