How to Use

After using oil or sunscreen, wash thoroughly so that no residue remains.
Precautions
To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing. Wet garments worn during exercise may cause color transfer if stored or washed with other clothes, so wash them immediately.
Do not use bleach.
Do not use a dryer, as it may damage or deform the garment.
Do not wring wet garments, as this may damage the fabric or cause pilling.
Do not iron or wear in high-temperature environments.
Do not apply high heat with an iron or wear in high-temperature environments such as saunas or spas.
Oil and sunscreen may cause fabric discoloration or garment deformation.
Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered.
Exchange and Return Requests
Please submit requests through the exchange·return bulletin board or customer center.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
The round-trip shipping fee for exchanges is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
For initially free-shipping products, the return fee is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
The return fee for prepaid-shipping products is KRW 3,000, or KRW 6,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

Exchange and Return Information
Exchanges and returns can be requested within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt.
If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, contact the customer center or bulletin board.
Requests are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed.
Products that have been repaired, worn, or washed will be returned, and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The product box, packaging materials, and tag are part of the product.
Use the original courier bag or box and double-pack the product before sending it back.
If the brand box is damaged, an additional KRW 2,500 fee will be charged to the customer.
Cases Where Exchanges and Returns Are Not Accepted
A shipping label is attached directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic packaging.
The box is damaged by tape applied directly by the customer.
Only the product is returned without the genuine brand box and components.

Missing Product Reports
After sending the photos, contact the customer center for prompt processing.
AS Policy
The quality warranty period is six months from the purchase date.
Before requesting AS, confirm repair availability through the customer center.
Damage caused by consumer negligence, deformation caused by improper washing, or products outside the warranty period are not covered.
Repairs, when available, are provided for a fee.
AS availability and repair costs may be explained based on photos before the product is received.
Additional confirmation may be required depending on the product’s condition or repair area.
If repair is available, write the order number, purchaser’s name, contact information, address, and requested repair details on a note and include it with the product.
After collection by the company, the product is sent to headquarters for repair.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair begins after payment of repair and collection fees is confirmed.
