Very disappointing experience. I have ordered from Joom twice, and unfortunately both experiences have been poor. The first item I ordered broke, so I was already disappointed with the quality. I decided to give Joom another chance, but my second order never arrived. The tracking was marked as “delivered”, but I did not receive the package. More importantly, the delivery photo provided by Evri does not show my property or my delivery address. It shows a different location. I raised this with Joom, but the dispute was closed on the basis that the tracking showed the parcel as delivered, without properly addressing the fact that the delivery photograph does not show my address. I think customers should be able to expect both reasonable product quality and reliable delivery. Unfortunately, based on my two orders, I haven’t had either. I would not recommend Joom based on my experience.

Silicone tulips bouquet (5 pieces), color: white🌷 In what concerns their quality, again, the tulips are great, as they look natural and feel like natural ones(super soft). In the pictures you can see 2 bouquets (10 wreaths: smaller bulbs and bigger). The package came in a simple plastic bag and unfortunately this time the wreaths were bent and it's hard to bring them to their initial condition, also some bulbs fall from their branch( glue is needed ); the smell of plastic is felt, but it will quickly disappear, I hope.... Because of the above mentioned, as well as due to their doubled price, this time, I give them 3 out of 5 ⭐️s

The package came in a simple plastic bag, but the wreaths were in a super good condition. a little plstic smell was felt, but it quickly disappeared. I have ordered more colors and will combine them, for a richer aspect! Very happy with my purchase! 🤩🌷

I had ordered a CHAIN... instead, a very short bracelet, which was intended for children's arms, arrived. I will complain... ................... I received a refund even though I didn't chat with customer service! I think that the much too long delivery time was the reason in this case. Also good! Joom can't do anything about the delivery or quality conditions. I've always had good experiences when something was wrong. Thanks for the service.😊
