ביקורות
I have received the wrong product, and am finding it impossible to contact Joom, other than to buy more products. This should not be so difficult! Where is the customer service?
This is not the bracelet I ordered. I ordered a solid band, but they delivered cheap rubbish.
It's not like in the picture, it's not suede

Ordered a bracelet according to the picture and received a different one, with finer links. The photo shows a comparison of what should have arrived - on the watch, and what arrived - in the foil. This is called a scam.
