Far too big and does not match the size shown on your website. This is the first time I have had a problem with your size chart so what has gone wrong this time. If this cannot be sorted out i will not be buying cloths any more from you. Very unhappy customer. Are you going to reply to my complaint above. ?????????? I have still not heard from you with reference to a refund please message me with what action you have taken ASP I have received three dresses that I ordered from you and I am not at all happy as the sizes are far too big and do not conform to the sizes on your Web site. I have put in a request for a refund on your web site and I have edited my order comments which have been sent on your web site several times but have never had a reply from you. Can you please confirm what you have done for my refund and please send me information about your actions. Please treat this request with respect. My email address for your reply is bradford_dt@onvol.net Many Thanks Denis Bradford

It says polyester and cotton. I would say it's nylon, I sleep under polyester and cotton which is breathable, this material is not breathable. I ordered a 4xl and it is very tight, normally 4xl is nice and loose on me. I think the description of the material was very misleading and I would not have bought if I thought it was like this. Definitely not impressed will not shop with you again.

Ordered this top as my sister wanted to buy it when she was looking through my Joom app . I am a joom customer, so she ordered it through me. Her size is normally 4XL, but she ordered a size up 5XL, It came back too small . Would like to return it for a refund, please thank you . I have got to thank joom as they understood and refunded me my money back . THANK YOU JOOM .

Very beautiful Top perfect size in addition to arrive very quickly would recommend 1 or 2 around November 9 hoping to receive them for Christmas 😉. Thank you Joom you are now my official shop. While waiting and hoping to receive my other orders, I wish you a good week. Kisses 😘 to the whole team.

I ordered this top 3XL as that is my size, but when it came back and I tried it on, it is way too tight, so I would like to return it to you for a refund, please thank you . I would like to thank Joom for understanding and refunding me in full . THANK YOU JOOM .
