JOOM shipment tracking many times reminds ME of ancient SILK ROAD, which really contained actual destinations of DUNHUANG, ZHANGYE & CHAN’GAN. Not exchanged yet waiting for the answer! 6 batteries with charger for these LED SOLAR TORCH LIGHT'S I have already ordered a few, the battery will soon be empty and then the LED lights will only light up for 2, 3, 4 hours at most. That's not really OK. What do you think about that? ? I would like to have batteries and charger from you, I have already ordered some from you but I can't find them anywhere else.

Very nice table lamp. Unfortunately the description is not in German. I asked jommservice to translate it for me. How thrilled I was that this was done. I have never experienced such great customer service and I have been in the world for 75 years now😀😉 so everything is fine again. I've been shopping at joom off and on for years now

The product complies with the description, however, I did not like the fact that I had to wait for delivery from November 2023 to the end of February 2024 (4 months). I order many other things and this problem has never happened, of course the shipping takes longer, but it has never been this long.... Apart from it everything is OK .

This product does not work, it should be rechargeable, and it only works when plugged into an outlet. The light is on all the time it is charging, but the switch will not turn it on, so that you can use it without a cable, it is faulty, you need to refund.
