Good Morning I hereby inform that I intend to return order number DV32Q74J as the packaging is very small, I would appreciate it if you could inform me how to proceed. Compliments Antonieta Please inform via email : antonietasena@gmail.com Good afternoon I hereby reinforce the request for a return with some urgency, given that I have not yet received the information and the return address.. greetings Antonieta

Absolutely terrible can't believe how thin my picture is true there is no knitted wool in it .it's acrylic and see through would never buy again .when I looked at returns it cost more to send back to China so that's how they get away with sending this rubbish do not buy!

It smells terribly, like welded foil, and there is difficulty in contacting them regarding the return. Additionally, the return is very difficult, I followed the instructions given in the email, and now when I want to get my money back, they are bouncing back emails, they are SCAMMERS BEWARE OF THEM.

Attention seller plays deaf. Dishonest, thief and scammers..... 10 days that I wait Order marked delivered but I haven't received anything Especially don't buy from them... Their articles are available on other sites more on

As a pointer it might be a good option but for touch screen it doesn't work. The material is not suitable for a touch screen at all. It didn't pass the test on touch screen, the screen doesn't respond. Delivery was very fast, within two weeks.

In principle a very good idea but unfortunately these colors are simply too pale for one to enjoy them, please exchange for more vibrant colors then there will be 10 🌟 , mine did not include any refills.

The case is bright red, nice, don't expect that the case is with hard walls, they will protect the glasses from dust, scratches, but from being damaged, no.

well whether 3xl or 5xl for another article the China size is not comparable with EU but with some compromises it fits as 3xl
