Portable Fishing Rod Ultrashort Comfortable to Grip Exquisite Universal Ice Fishing Pole

Dear Joom Customer Support, I am contacting you regarding the order mentioned in the email below. Unfortunately, the products were delivered much later than promised. In addition, I am very disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Several boxes arrived damaged, some bottles are missing their bottom parts, and the printing on the bottles is of poor quality.. Because of the late delivery and the unacceptable condition of the products, I do not wish to keep this order. I have already reported this issue to Klarna and have paused the payment while this matter is being resolved. Please send me a prepaid return label so I can return the complete order. Once you have received the returned items, I expect a full refund.. I have attached photos showing the damage and quality issues. Due to the size of the attachments, I will most likely need to send the photos in several separate emails. Please consider all of these emails as part of the same complaint.. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards,

I'm not sure if it's really real copper. Dull inside. The inside is a different color than the outside. I need to have it checked somewhere to see if it's really real or not. If not, I'll find it really, really a shame.

So far ok but very difficult to read because the writing is much thinner or badly colored. Compared to the other ordered, with the same, text not good.

Was disappointed with the packaging and the quality of the figures on the packaging weren't even numbered on the doors all in all very inferior quality!

It is really very pretty and nice and light, it wears well and sparkles like a real one, but unfortunately it is not stamped but still highly recommended

Looks nice, it's a stocking filler for Christmas for my granddaughter, I'm sure she will like it it's pretty, thank you seller and Joom..

The product arrived scratched as you can see in the picture before opening. Joom is not responsible for the return or exchange.

Could do with being a little longer. Fits me ok because I have a skinny wrist… if I had a bigger wrist? Really wouldn’t fit
