In the attachment I am sending photos of the measurements of my item from the order. Shoulders 46 cm Sleeve length 66.5 cm Chest 116 cm Waist 110 cm Hips 120 cm, Length 109 cm. Measurements were taken according to recommendations while lying down on the outside of the coat. In this situation, the measurements do not show the correct size, they are underestimated by about 8 cm. Please provide the method for returning the order.

Last year I ordered one in black M and I liked it so much that now I bought two more in M, one more black and one red, THEY ARE WONDERFUL, the first one is still gorgeous, it didn't break, but I also wanted it for the girl mine so that we have the same, very warm, VERY PLEASED with them 💝🌹🎄😍👍👍👍

I got size S! I measured it! Moreover, the product does not meet my expectations. I am attaching a photo of the package and the jacket. I'm returning the jacket. I'm asking for a refund.. Joanna Kruk joannakruk@o2.pl tracking no. PX1591230028

The fur is really not at all like in the photo.. sad really because I like nothing about my order... like in the photos.. nothing is the same 😳😮‍💨😒🤔🙈

it is much more than I expected the perfect size, the superb color, a practical and light jacket, modern, warm, and easy to maintain...

Beautiful jacket with a belt, a bit too small. I took a size of 120 in the bust, but it is a bit tight under the arms. But I will wear it anyway. Thank you Joom.

The jacket is very cheaply made. Shape doesn't quite match the pictures. The faux fur is also very thin. Absolutely not

The coat is really good, only the color is orange. But it's okay for me.
