The device arrived well packaged and makes a robust impression. Unfortunately, I couldn't test it further as it wouldn't start after assembly. After we installed a new battery, since our neighbor has the same device, we were able to drive it and noticed strongly that the front tire wobbles extremely even though the screws are tight. Chat with support is also dragging on now. No purchase recommendation.

Hello 🙂 Joom is a real pain with the seller, a first order cancelled at the last minute by the seller, I had to place another order with another seller, all of that took 1 month to get the scooter, scooter top, price-quality top even if the 2nd one was a bit more expensive than the first, we're going to avoid ordering on Joom because it's not very reliable at the seller level 🙂

For the timeframe and delivery, I would say perfect. However, there are no instructions to assemble the scooter correctly, not even a user code. On that side, truly disappointed 😞 and the components for securing the handlebars are unknown. How do you do it when assembling without a guide?
The article is some garbage, it doesn't work. I already reported a complaint and return 1.5 weeks ago. I was told I would get a response within two days.
