I ordered the PD20W+66w+2.4A which is the best and most expensive and I received the QC3.0+2.4A which is cheaper and does not have a C port, it is really annoying, one waiting for the product that one ordered all that time and they send a different one, it is the third time that this happens to me with Joom and I do not learn, even in the box the model DY48TC appears and in the charger that I received it is model DY34Q, I am really very upset. Well they refunded my money on PayPal, they are serious people

The camera does not work, I plugged it into my phone to install the HD DVR application but without result. Then I plugged it into the Usb port in my car but nothing happens, can't get it to show up on my car screen. The cable provided in the box just powers the dashcam and there is no data transfer via the camera's usb cable.

The camera works but not in WiFi and the QR code for installing the software is no longer valid, which means that I cannot update the date so will not be of any use to me in the event of a dispute and the image quality is limit limit. In short is not better than a child's toy

Unfortunately, I haven't discovered how to change the language to English yet.....a pity.....so setting it up is a gamble. And the reversing camera doesn't really work yet either. No indication on the display that it is active and providing a picture...

The order arrived 36 days after the requested order, too much time, in the previous orders that I made they arrived in 20 days maximum 25.26 days, and the most extreme in which they arrived at the destination city (Cartagena) on September 22 and then they returned to Bogota.

Fits on vehicle air vents really well, feels very well attached. Arm between vent bracket and phone holder is VERY wobbly, I will probably try to reinforce it some how. Otherwise happy with it for now but haven't tested it fully while driving "aggressively" lol.

from the photos I sent it shows that some LEDs are off and you understand very well which ones are on, but there is nothing to do every time they ask for something different, in the end I keep the broken product and I believe that I will no longer make purchases on Joom

When you open the envelope you will find an unpleasant odor. The LEDs are placed in a silicone tube but not fixed inside. So it is not in a straight line during assembly. Plus it doesn't contain any wire assembly specifications or instructions.
