Dear Joom l have waited so long for this Beret hat and they send me the wrong colour, l'm so disappointed, l specially ordered the pink purpely colour to go with my jacket for this winter and they send me the maroon one which l did not want

My hat is big, I thought it had a lace that adjusts to the size you want, but no... I need to find someone to solve my problem. The quality is good, the price is affordable, the only shortcoming I described.

Very nice, but much too big, I didn't quite understand why the hatband is black, be that as it is, I put an old hat in the hat, it fits and is beautiful. Thank you

That's the hat shape I was looking for! It is very soft and quite loose so not suitable for those with small heads I chose powder pink and I will definitely buy the other colors too!

I left the hat in its cellophane bag and wrapped it to give as a present. The recipient opened the package and said "why is there a huge hole in the top of this hat!" Not good enough.
