I ordered an electric stunt scooter for €427.30 for my son in December on Joom. In January, it broke down. I contacted Joom, and they told me to contact the Seller. It's been three weeks now, and the Seller hasn't replied. I don't know what to do, both of the scooter's brakes don't work because of the cold I am really angry, I have no answer, I do not recommend buying scooters there I want to fight to the very end I am really angry 😡😡
Nice electric scooter! I already had a few scooters, all of them from Kukirin brand and I decided to buy a different brand this time. This T10 OOTD is a great choice, has a strong structure, great suspension and tyre as well and it is very reliable so far. I did 100 kilometres so far and it is so silent and drives smoothly. For the price paid, is nearest to perfection.
Although ordered with front light, rear light and turn signals, only the front light works. The turn signal function is displayed, but all 4 turn signals do not work…and the rear light seems to be only a reflector…That is not acceptable. That is not roadworthy…. Completely disappointed….Manufacturer can only be reached extremely laboriously or not at all…
I was very satisfied with the scooter I bought until when I was going to do the first charge, I couldn't do it because the female input for the charger is inside the battery case, and so I can't charge the scooter. I would like to know what I have to do?
The assembly of the seat and seatpost was a challenge for me - not a really good description - to my dismay, I discovered that there are no turn signals on it - that's a legal requirement now - actually only 2 stars for that - what should one do now
Received the item, now want to return it. Found absolutely no contact despite searching!! There's no way to find it! Now I have the e-scooter packed. It's here, €400!!! No idea about the quality, as it's packed, I think it's good, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered.
Delivery was ok, I would have liked a bit more information regarding the delivery. The first test ride took some getting used to and wasn't very pleasant. The scooter is a bit wobbly and due to the plastic tires, you feel every bump. We'll see how it goes over time.
