A total missled since they have pictures that make you believe that you will get the full part but instead you receive only a piece of cable!!! Yes, i should read more carefully the discreption but i am used from other honest sites like ebay, bangood, etc. that don't try to decive you and they are very clear with what they sell and show in the pictures. I will never shop again from this site and from my experience I concider Joom no worthy to shop since you might get not what you pay and what you see in the pictures!!!!

Very, very hard to reach. I also ordered this product on December 5, 2020 and it has not yet arrived, I received the money, and now it has been 20 days since it entered the country of destination. Of course it comes with NL post. I still have 2 orders that I don't know when I will receive them, if I will also receive those that entered the country on June 8.? I'm still thinking (not only ME), whether to order again or not. You should opt out of NL post. Regards.

Happy with the purchase. The prescription I ordered is what I need and it looks good. They are comfortable to wear and to remove and put on, with their magnet in the central part. For office work, etc. As a negative, having a rigid ring, they are not good for reading in bed, because it bothers you in the neck when lying down. For the rest, very happy.

Since the item was delivered together with other items, the delivery took a little longer than normal. Finally we will see who hangs around here at night and breaks down cellar doors. Always something new just nothing clever. Thanks for the delivery. Now all I have to do is download the app and set everything up.

Arrived today... Unfortunately the delivery was not complete 😔 Also not completely delivered here... Wanted a pro rata credit note... Was suggested to keep the article as is... Or destroy the article and then I'll get my purchase price back.... You don't have to understand logic

Sorry, I ordered 3 items in total, 2x with a voltage of 12V and one with 230V. Unfortunately, I received 3x 12V and none with 230V. Next, a fastening tab broke off one of the items. Sorry, but something like that can't happen during transport.
