I have tried to contact Joom via the form with my order number - I keep getting the message that the order number has an incorrect format - and that, even though I copied the number directly from "my orders". I have tried it several times! Now it only works this way: I received the following item: "PVC Inflatable Shampoo Basin Salon Portable Shampoo Pad Material Washbasin Hair at Home Folding Hairdresser Hair Tray". I can throw the part straight into the trash! It is defective: Hardly inflated and after closing the valve, the air escapes immediately again = unusable! Cheap Chinese goods. And at the price, the effort of returning it is not worth it. Either I get a new, flawless part or the debited amount will be refunded to my credit card. I am annoyed!!! And if Joom simply lets it stand - I have already paid - then this is the first and last order I have ever placed with Joom. And then never recommend Joom… Claudia Zeier Kopp

I haven't been able to get it to work yet, when I get there I'll let you know. I have been battling for 1 month. However, I plugged it into an LG tv which detected the product well but no program vision. The message tells me that he has no connection, and yet I have the network, so I put myself 1 meter from the box. I hope I will get there. It is still very regrettable that the user manual is not in French, which means having to call on a third party who understands English but who also cannot get the programs. And we always end up with the same error message., NO NETWORK. We think it comes from the cable used to make the connection..

First of all quite good, I'm curious how long Addendum: I was using the shower head normally when I got the whole shower head yesterday, so not even at the seams, the entire plastic just burst open with strong pressure, luckily I didn't cut myself with the I wouldn't have expected it. All in all, I only received really bad goods from Joom, whether pond liner, flashlights, etc. everything was bad in quality and material, it's a shame that I have to say that, but I will distance myself from Joom and get my goods somewhere else.

Hello, I ordered this product and I am pleasantly surprised! 🤩 I ordered the green one, and although it took almost a month before it finally arrived, it arrived in very protective packaging, and of course with a manual. Now I've tried the mask for the second evening in a row, and it works Skin very soft, and my pores are slowly disappearing. But you have to be patient, because such things don't disappear after one use 😂 Still very happy with my order, and so is my mom!
