Dear, I am taking the liberty of contacting you regarding an item purchased from your establishment, for which I wish to claim the warranty.. This is about : Subject: Enuresis alarm Date of purchase: January 30, 2024 Order number / invoice: J5X7M5D9 Recently, this object has been malfunctioning, namely : The alarm keeps sounding (even if the probe is disconnected, presumably a contact problem between the cables inside the probe). The item having been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, I would like to know what steps should be taken in order to benefit from coverage under the warranty (repair, replacement or other solution). I remain of course at your disposal to provide you with any additional information.. Thank you in advance for your attention to my request and I send you my distinguished greetings.

Terrible experience: used and broken product. No response from the seller. Unfortunately, the product arrived in unacceptable condition: damaged packaging, clear signs of wear, and the item was completely non-functional. Despite my repeated attempts to contact support to request a refund for a non-conforming item, I have received no response... I demand a full refund and instructions for the return at the seller's expense.. Unfortunately, the product arrived in unacceptable condition: the package is damaged, the item shows clear signs of wear and is completely non-functional. As this is a non-conforming and damaged good, I request a full refund of the amount paid.. Waiting for instructions for the return (at your expense) and confirmation of the refund. I am attaching photos of the damage. Kind regards,
